That could be some serious punishment when the temps climb.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

That...is....awesome!  I'm using it and sorry Ol Man, I won't be crediting you with the idea with my guys.

Looove it! hahaha.  I used to have a tiny pink shirt for milo when he would screw up, but this is so much cooler!  I'll probably steal this idea as well, thanks! 8)

we used to have a 3x shirt that had a big "DA" on the front that stood for DUMB ASS!  You got to wear if you did something stupid, then one day an employee filed a complaint with the department of labor.  DOOOOOOOHH!  This was not at my shop, it was a shop I used to work at.

some people can't take a joke.

my new press op is my cousins son-to-be brother in law...my cousin asked him the other day if all I did was make jokes that made him feel like an ass.  and his answer was yes.  i can't help it, he looks like jesus dressed up as a hipster...it's just too easy.

everything was awesome in this thread up until this...

Our work environment is a bit laid back though but you never know for sure who might try to file a complaint like that, I do know about 10 people that never would though.

You really do have to be careful as you acquire more and more employees. My ex business partner just loved to drop sexual jokes and the "f" bomb about people's sexuality and thought it was funny. I had to have a talk with him and get additional insurance to cover sexual harassment because of his behavior. One of the many reasons I am no longer associated with him or that print shop.

Yep, there's lines you don't cross and you have to be careful. Sexual stuff is a huge no no and way out of line
in my opinion. Jokingly asking someone to wear the hood of shame is one of those things that could be grounds for trouble,
but never should be if everyone in the world was a decent human being. Unfortunately, as owning a business has taught me, they aren't.
