Printer Epson 1430 probleme

Hi All

Anyone have a Ideas off this problem.
All film print like the picture and when I use small letter like 1/4 H. it really bad.
I use accurip and my droplet weight is 7 and resolution at 1140x740

I cleaning the head, re-align, nothing happening .

Any solution ?

it looks like something with your printhead. Try printing something directly (without going through the RIP) and see if it looks the same.
If it does, you'll need more cleaning.
If it does not, then it is in the RIP. Try printing the sample targets in the AR and see if it does the same.

if it is doing the same without the RIP, the problem is with the printer.
try replacing the ink cartridge and do another cleaning.

Yes it print exacly the same whit or whitout the RIP, I use all black ink on the printer

Hi All
After doing some teast with AccuRIP we basically get to the conclusion that the printer is extremely dirty.
I thoroughly clean the printer and remove the ink dand the small pads to the inside and after doing some cleaning machines heads, everything is normal again ..
So the problem was that the printer was too dirty.
