Wilflex has a PVC free ink as well as phthalate free inks. The PVC is an acrylic product. Nazdar is also carrying a silicon ink from Dow Corning that is pvc free.

And Rutland has the HSA Line. Good stuff. There is a learning curve though

I got a gallon of white PVC free from Lancer that I'm going to test tomorrow.  I'll do a review on it along with some other inks I've tried recently.

Union`s HSA white is awesome. Extremely white and opaque even through high mesh counts.

We used to use Sericol`s PVC free inks, that`s now almost 10 years ago. Back then they were not so easy to use. Same for the ones from Union. Once they got stored a little over room temperature for a certain time they were rendered unusable.

matsui 301 is great on white cotton, because we can do wet on wet. we can print through 305/34mesh manually with no drying issues(humidity greater than 70%).

I still cant get it to work wet on wet on dark garments with 301 white as underbase.
I have not tried rutland HSA, i might try it when i finish all my matsui.
