mk.  you can order everything from m/r and build the no shirt detector in the 400 range i think. then all you need is the silver mylar for under the pallet arms.

Are the no-shirt detectors an M&R exclusive?  It's a great idea, sounds like it would relieve a lot of stress, especially on short runs.

I have seen different variations of skip pallet foot pedals, but M&R has a sensor that automatically detects no shirt on the pallet under the first print head. At that point the press automatically skips ever sequential print head from printing that pallet. The M&R shirt detector will only work with tubular material such as tee’s, it does not work with cut goods.

And you won't of course due that brilliant piece of legislature known as NAFTA. In my days in LA we printed for the fashion industry. Pieces came in in bundles and bagged. Don't screw up the bundle integrity or you're screwed. I actually had three belt printers and we did process and sim process waterbase right off the edge. Put them back in the bags and off to the sewing plants.

I got a call from Mr. Hoffman and he instructed me on how to wire a foot pedal to the gauntlet. I don't use the pedal all of the time but it is handy for when you got some hard to line up item like a print above a pocket for example. Speaking of printing above the pocket what is some ideas on getting the print perfectly centered over the pocket.

I was going to say that if there is a manual mode then wiring in the pedal should be nothing. It is only two wires and completes the circuit just like a manual button would do.
