Low Country Cuisine
« on: July 12, 2013, 11:54:10 AM »
Once a month our purchasing agents Mother cooks up a storm for us: Batter fried pork chops, baked mac and cheese, red rice and beans with sausage, potato salad, cornbread, and sweet tea. All fresh made this morning. Can't get in trouble for posting that I hope.
Time to loosen the b-buckle and take a nap.

I bet that more than one of us here couldn't help but think of reading an obituary of someone we knew who passsed from heart trouble.  :(

Oh well, every now and then a cholesterol splurge may do more good for the soul than harm to the arteries. Enjoy!  :)
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

Can't wait! I'll be there for good in September. And being from Charleston it's not too far of a drive
