« on: June 12, 2013, 08:23:34 PM »
What is required or needed to linearize a 4800 printer with Garment Decorating Supply version of rip (called Quickfilm ie.. Cadlink) version 10. Running 1 ink cart rest are cleaning carts. Rolled film.

Thanks for the feedback, we are trying to improve our printing.

Thanks,
Shane

remind me tomorrow and I'll send you the file to print and send back for the readings.
once read, I'll give you the numbers to put in the adjustment curve (not sure where that is in the older version of the software, but it should be there somewhere). This will get you within 2% across the board (for the most part).

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!
