Discharge on Red turning pink?

I've been using Ryonet's premix white discharge which I'm assuming is CCI.  I'm having a problem with red gildan 2000's.  The print turns a slight shade of pink. 

I usually print them through a 156 or 230 mesh with a double stroke with about 50psi "15psi more than with plastisol.  I have a mini sprint dryer with 8ft of dryer chamber.  I've been setting the temp at 335 degrees fahrenheit and I've been giving them 2 minutes in the chamber.  The website states that it cures with 320 temp and 60 to 90 seconds.  My reasoning for the 335 setting is that I'm thinking that it would take a couple of  feet through the chamber to reach the 320.  Maybe I'm wrong on that.  The blacks that I print have come out great.

I was hoping someone could chime in and let me know what they think the problem might be.

It's the garment, not anything you are doing. Red's are hit and miss with discharge.

yup, eb is right. we've had the same issues. Some stay nice and white, some turn a bit pinkish

Thanks for the info.  I was about to flip my lid trying to make several adjustments.

Have you tried running one through the dryer first, reduces the moisture level in the shirt. If you have the ability to weigh the shirt before sending it through you'd know that could be a contributing factor...

I haven't but it sure wouldn't hurt to try that next time.  Thanks
