We've printed a ton of them. Use your best poly ink and watch temps, they're bleeders. One hit white should be no
problem though. The only reason I like poly.

Just watch your temp. You can melt those bags very quickly.
Poly ink if you are printing light on dark.

I use catalyst on these instead, that way I can really drop the temps and they will be fine.

I have some low temp additive. I imagine that would help.

I think that you meant "peels off", but these are Poly, not nylon.
What say the Nazdar folks? Is your new wonder ink appropriate for this type of Poly? I have some similar ripstop pieces coming in myself.

Yes, but it will piss you off, I checked and it was a woven poly jacket.  there wasn't enough for it to bite into I guess.

I would go catalyst.

I would recommend printing Epic Performance White.  It will cure @ 290 degrees and the ink already has properties to bond to nylon, so you don't need to add any catalyst to the ink.  Let me know if you have any further questions.

Xenon Mu$tang White cures at 260 degrees.  It was designed to go on Nylon all the way up to Cotton.

if I remember correctly, we had to unzip them and load through the opening. Make sure they will fit on your plattens. . .

we used regular ink with nylonbond and keep the temp down.

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

Pierre, how low did you go? And, when you say "regular" ink, do you mean not even low bleed? And, did you try it on red by any chance?
