GREAT!  What are the print specs?  Mesh, flash,/no flash, colors, print sequence and such?

Did you use a top - regular white?

We downloaded Gildan's discharge grading chart a while ago. It's been very helpful in planning out DC jobs. They grade all their heather colors an A except heather cardinal which is a B. So far, the scale seems pretty on point.

How would you grade that for a sim process job using discharge as a base?

Just did a job. It turned out very nice (soft) but could have been much softer had we used a discharge...but it was on sports gray...and the fear was that some heather would show.

We used 230 mesh on base and 305 on top colors. What mesh would we (need) to use on discharge base for this sim process....considering we want the fine detail of sim process?

Can you bust this myth?

Dan we are using 230/48 with 55 to 65lpi.  No problem, some bases we use a 50/50 DC base to white. I will try to load take some pics.

Parker,  IS that on a heather or a sports gray item?   I'm trying to see how much of the heather shows.

Dan the shirt on the left is not Gildan but is a double hit binderwhite one screen 65 lpi 305tpi. I have some neons printed on heather no base that are awesome. Can't find a direct sim process no base on dk heather but we've done it. Started it on Alt App with Indian Motorcycle girl.
I bet you could de-bunk it yourself ;)
