I got a guy that can do about 20/hour... Another one is closer to 12-15, but i'd rather a little slower and cleaned correctly than a rush half done job

You all are reclaiming and also coating those same screens in an hour?

Wow-I need to improve my reclaim. I switch between my dip tank and hand scrubbing emulsion remover and haven't noticed much of a difference.
I can reclaim 16 at most per hour but doesn't include coating. Could get a few dry that were started at the beginning of the hour but not the whole lot of 20-25.

Dip 4 screens, pressure wash 2 at time side by side, scrub residual ink if any, degrease, rinse, stand up across room to dry. I have a drying rack in a humidity controlled room but it's usually full of coated screens.

How are you speed freaks drying your screens between blasting /degreasing, and re-coating?

around 15 per hour especially if they need dehazing. Usually dry overnight and coat first thing in the morning.

This freak uses a fan to dry the screens.

Seriously guys. Pull tape , dip, remove emulsion, 701 the frame, mesh , rinse, dry and coat 20 plus a hour.
I'm struggling with those numbers. We go they a average of about 40 screens a day and my reclaimer is quick and good but 70 23x31s in a day is pushing it.  Coating is another 45 minutes.

I coat about a screen a minute, so even 20 screens is a third of the hour before I have even done anything else.

And how long to dry 20 screens?

I get the 15-20 screens in 60 minutes, just perhaps not 60 contiguous minutes.

Yeah about 3min per.  Can be faster if you have a really tight setup.

Just voice that so your emp doesn't take it as a prompt to go too fast than they are capable of and feed you screens full of fish eyes.

Maybe I over do it.
Remove tape both sides = 1min
Spray on ink degrader and scrub/rinse = 3 min.
Place in dip tank stencil remover and power wash = 2 min
spray on degreaser and scrub / rinse = 2 min.
shop vac water off screen = 1 min
coat screen =1 min.
TOTAL =10 min. divided into 60 min = 6 screens per hr. That is my rate.
And in this figure there is some walking time from wash area to drying room.
