Some transfers we did for hats that turned out pretty damn good, literally got lucky with some transparency type stuff happening between the white / black.




Big ass transfers with metallic gold, on Otto 39-165, turned out much better than we expected for how small the details are.  Opened up the chains for production but I don't have a photo of the hats after we made them look more dialed.

Those caps are sick, great job with the detail and the big format.  We totally struggle on our standard stahl's cap presses to get the bigger images on there and stick to about 2.75"x4", this looks a good bit larger.

Those look great! I tend to suggest 2.75" as a max on hats too, though I don't mind doing 5.5 or even 6" wide regularly depending on the style. While most foam truckers can fit 3" tall, not all of them can, and I find that 1 or 2 of every order are stitched badly enough that 3" art would end up on the seam.

Great looking hats, man. Did you do the transfers in-house then cut to apply on the hats? I assume craft paper overtop b/c it looks like plastisol? Well done.
