Here's a shirt that we printed as part of our own clothing line...... The print was really nice so we ended up submitting one of these into impressions contest as we had about 2 dozen extra shirts on this run. The guys that said they wanted a promo shirt from us, this is what I sent out so enjoy it when you get it! Pretty straight forward sim process style print on this using 8 colors plus base. We setup, changed out 1 color and ran them.

BTW, this was printed 100% on static frames  ;D

Danny Nice work but everyone knows you're lying. Everyone knows you can't print that kind of quality with statics ;) ;) ;) ;)

Nothing spectacular, but more spot color stuff with high color counts.  I feel bad about posting this type of work with all the other awesome prints posted lately.  I'll have to look in my phone because I think I have some nice sim process stuff we did a few weeks ago.  I'd much rather do sim process than all these spot colors on darks due to several reasons, mainly the cool factor.

This one is 8 colors, one stroke, one revolution.

I think this was a 7 or 8 color.  The usual specs like 180/48 base, top colors on 280/34's.

I really wanted to change the art on this one and make it better than it was but sometimes your hands are tied and you print it exactly the way the customer wants.

Discharge base, lemon yellow and 300 blue on top, 280's on mesh count for top colors and 150/48 for the DC base.

That last one is really nice looking!  Out of curiosity, why DC base and plastisol top instead of just DC colors?

Flames are some of the hardest images to reproduce with SP on fabric. Nice work Brandt.

Thx could have been better with a couple more tweaks and maybe a color or two added but for what it was it wasn't bad.

I really need to learn how to properly separate for stuff like that...

Thought this was a cool one, was discharge under through a 305 and all 305 tops screens, 10 total. Highlight was ran right after the base and flash wet on wet all the way.

I just got a half sleeve tat of the headless horseman  -LOVE this....

btw - you guys are all effing nuts....these prints are insane!

Us too, while I think this is a good to above average print it could be better I am certain of it.

I know when I look at a the common screen printer we look really good, but there are people that are so next level even on this board like Danny for example.  We got a lot to learn!

you should see a quality increase on halftones with the i-image.  it's not a magic bullet, but our blends are much better and we are getting less moire on higher line counts as well.

Looking forward to that, we also need to do a major investment in screens soon as well.  Like those S-Mesh screens we are using.  Still love to have newmans but just not ready to dump that type of money because when we do it id like to do a full replacement, all newmans no statics.
