Very Nice castle...Dam you guys are going to have to help me get a nice print thru a 355 I catch hell getting ink thru 230 and 305s.

355 mesh. The key is the right emulsion for your exposure unit. We can hold a 4% dot on the 85lpi.

CastlKing that print is very nice, people of color are the hardest to print and get right because of our different skintones you guys knock that right out the box.

Printed on 7 different color shirts

5 colors
two whites
black
red
brown

all on 260's 55dpi

inkman, he must have used Illustrator.  I don't think you could do any of that in Corel. ;)

Nice print.  I love the artwork, I think it looks better on the blue.

holy. . .shiit. . these prints are amazing you guys. . .my prints don't look that crisp coming out of the damn copy machine. . .

we as printers can appreciate the effort you guys put in to these 12 color prints, and understand how difficult it is but I wonder if the end user ever gives a damn. . .shame, these are pieces of art.

Thanks Orion. Yea only a six head auto so base flash then colors. I find if you do not use really fine black half tones it never looks good mixing in with the hi lite white. If I had one more head I would have just added a shade of grey for the shading but alas I make it work with what I have.
