I love how you get multiple shades using just one green and one blue.

I LOVE the look of the discharge white!
Which inks are you using and how are you drying them?

I am jealous!

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

It is Ryonets/CCIs Discharge White and it is a SLOW drying process. I will only do discharge on small runs as my wife has to put the shirts thru the dryer twice. I would say they are in the heat for at least 90 seconds @ about 340 degrees. I really like the Ryonet/CCI discharge. You can use a 230 screen and get some good detail and it does not dry out as long as you have a clear screen after your stroke. I have tried Jantex discharge and Unions Plasticharge and this stuff is my favorite.

Cant wait to leave my little building so I can have some room for bigger (proper) production.

CCI white and base rock. Clearly the best IMO. For long runs use their WR25 and hardenerX. These are all designed to work in conjunction with eachother.
Pigments are forthcoming. I am building an WB ink mixing station shortly. Will post pics.

Colors intimidate me. I would like to learn more about colors and how to get the desired shade you are after. I know red is the hardest and I have tried Jantex, Union, and CCI base with Jantex red dye and it comes out pink or maroon looking.

Solution? Try WF Oasis Maroon and Bright Orange WBPCs. About 70% B Orng and 30% Maroon depending on shade preferences.
You will achieve some of the reddest reds ever; some even superior to plastisol.

At $133/gal for the maroon and $298/gal for the bright orange that's going to be an expensive red!  Tony, I thought you were going to pressure them to sell smaller sizes of their pigments?  You're our only hope! :)

A gallon of PC would last you more than a year easily. I only buy in quarts. CCI will distribute them in dispensable quart squeeze bottles when they are ready to launch
