Been a while since I've posted as we've been slammed with production tour merch. Here's a high detail print that we did today. Art done by Charlie Reed. 73 lpi on this one here with super clean transitions

Awesome!  Did you also do one with the Donald Trump hair?  I just saw that the other day.

I posted one like this a little while back but here is another 8 color like it just we printed today with different pics placed in the state of Arkansas.  I was surprised with the pics being so small that you could tell what they are.

Excellent work!!  Really. I love the look of the print.  I know the separator and artist that did the last one. He's doing really well.

Someone (shall go unarmed) popped on his work a few weeks ago and I told the guy that was pooping on his "colors and separations" he was an Ass. Really pissed him off to be called and ass I guess as that started a storm. I find it hard to believe he doesn't know he's been an ass but your guy deserved a round of applause for his good work and for this other guy to kick him around really ticked me off.

Let your guy know that Dot-Tone said he's doing really well. The proof is in the pudd'in.

I will tell him.  He is definitely talented.  I just brought in the art file and printed the channels just as he had them. I was really satisfied with the results.  I used a 225 for the ub and 280's for the top colors with really sharp squeegees.  Thanks for the compliment.

That print is amazing, looks like a photograph, the colors are perfect.
A DTG wouldn't give you that quality.

Kind of embarrassed to post in here after seeing some of the stuff you guys do. But in effort to up my game and run my shop as a full time gig, I better get some criticism from the pros. This is my first real attempt at a sim. process job. Seps were done by Dot Tone Dan, and they are awesome. I went with a 45 lpi halftone because I was a little nervous to try and get a 50 or 55 line to washout, but I will get there eventually. I can definitely use some critiques or advice on this kind of printing. My client was more then pleased, but I always want to improve my prints. Most the order was on heather grey t-shirts, but I thought this indigo blue hoodie looked the best, personally. I apologize for the crappy cell phone picture.

I think it looks great being your first time with sim if you had said nothing I'd think you've printed many times.

I have to say the image looks nice, but what blows me away is that small text on the names holding without bleeding out and muddying up.

Really Good Job.
