Just Curious......What press did you use for this. Nice job with the seam work. Not as hard as you think when you figure it out though.

Thanks guys... the dimensions were 18.25" wide by 25" tall. We actually wanted to go taller but the customer insisted we had to squeeze the print on a medium. That shirt is an XL and it's tough to see from the pic but there is some room at the bottom of the shirt. On the medium it is almost exactly bottom hem to the top of the shirt.

Usually on prints like this we try and have the bottom part of the design be non essential to the overall print, so it can run off the smaller size garments and not effect the actual logo.

We printed this on a Printex Prism.

Thanks Homer.....The first picture was supplied to us, the second was done by us...we worked from a picture of some taxidermy work.  We don't do much art in house anymore.   Generally, I'll come up with a concept and then have an artist bring it to life.

printed this morning. 500 pieces, press time about 2.5 hours. Another hour for prepress, so about 3.5 hours total. Just under $2 per shirt (includes everything but the shirt).
