That last one is really nice looking!  Out of curiosity, why DC base and plastisol top instead of just DC colors?

It seems so much easier for us to just do the one DC screen.  We've done this type of print before and the blending worked so much better than the typical plastisol UB so we stuck with it.  We needed to hit those colors fairly close to the printout they gave us and I'll be honest, hitting pantone colors with DC is not our strongest asset by a long shot.  I just carry a few DC colors like red and yellow Sericol Texcharge, Matsui red and blue base/pigment and I've got Matsui, CCI and Rutland white DC inks in stock.  I can't believe how bright and easy the last gallon of Matsui was to print with.  It was twice as bright as the Rutland and CCI on the same screen and squeegee setup.  Never had it dry-in even letting it sit for several minutes without being flooded.  I wish every manufacturer had a product similar to the Sericol Texcharge, it's great stuff.

From yesterday. Shirt on left was strikeoff. On right is after about a dozen shirts where the dots begin to play nicely. Now we have nice contrast. This is typical when printing sim pro DC.

print (looks much better in real life) and the closeup. Check out her eye!
5-6 colors, don't remember. Had the new guy print it so it could have been a little better, but not much. I think this is one of the first shirts off the press. 'no sampling.
Printed from seps from the 72dpi art. There was no time to wait for the customer to come back with the proper art.
