Very cool exposure unit--working on the same type of thing myself.
I'm thinking about just skirting the frame with a blockout cloth, but I'm planning on adding ventilation to push air across the glass.

You doing anything for venting, or does the blower on the lamphead take care of it well enough?

There's a blower on the lamphead and louvers in there that take care of that so I don't think the shielding would need any vents.

I was just curious, thinking once it's boxed in shooting vertical it would heat up the glass quite a bit, but perhaps just venting near the top would take care of it with convection...

Unfortunately, I have a lot of experience with enclosed units that are far better at heating than exposing...

Is that bolted to the floor? 

As hard as it is to pull pallet tape off the roll, I would think the whole thing would lift up or you'd pull it over.

I bet you move it up to the edge of the table and the stopping force is on the table, not the legs.

No, it's not bolted down.  We just stand on the base as we pull the pallet tape off.

Just thinking.  What if you bolted a piece from the top to the wall?  Like a superstrong paper towel (tape) dispenser.  I may have to try that myself.

Here is my regi unit, sorry about the sh!tty photo. My phone is a piece of cr@p!!!
It has registration marks on it so I will be taping positives on it and then exposing and returning screens to the press.
No need for transfer sheets and separate board for taping the positives to the screens.
Closest bump is taken off, I had the back ones the same size, but I had issues when lifting the screen. I had to look for something that is as low as possible and to still be able to bump the screen against it.

Really, really close to mine. 

I have 2 stops on the back and only 1 on the right side.  Other than that and that I used cut off bolts for the stops, it's almost identical, including the cutout for the clamps.

Do you have to replace the palet when using this?
I thought about doing that, but I ended up finding that piece of metal at my full time job. That piece is 1/8" thick and that allows me to set off-contact at the same time when registering the screen.

Yes, but being single operator, I don't use all the stations most times so it stays.

I make all my own pallets using MDF and two sides of Formica  this was built oversize so the screen can lay flat and not hang off the sides.

I opted to use 3 pins for the screen positioning.  Using the angle brackets, did you have any problems getting them perfectly perpendicular and square so the screens sit in tight.  Have you experienced any screens that wiggle from being not square themselves?

Yep if the screen is not square it throws it off a bit. I just started using this so its nor refined yet but seems to be working, I plan on adding a side stop to one of the platens on the press and it should work out good,    I hope
