No offense to M&R cause I love my tri-loc but get rid of the carrier sheet thing and make you a light box with grid where the screens fit on it up side down. Line up your films, turn the screen around and line up the other side. No jig on the glass.
Due to the slight tolernace difference of some frames OD dimensions.. the triloc system was only designed to use one side of the frame. Put an image on both sides and you'll find the triloc don't work so well on press. Yeah you can make workarounds but the end answer for best efficiency, one image per screen.

When you say this I assume you are thinking of one film with both images on it. We register one film, turn the frame around and register the other film. Do this all day long.
