Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison
Such a great year for year. We grew 64.5% in 2012. Went from a 2 person shop to 6 employees (3 full time, 3 part time), we also bought our building as well. Huge steps as now other families are counting on us. I am up for the challenge! This year, similar to last years goals really.1. Increase sales, I doubt we can have another 65% growth year, but I would welcome it if so, I am aiming for at least 20-30% though!2. Fine tune our product offerings and processes in which we produce them (streamline). 3. Add Machines or people where it makes sense. 4. Start chipping at the local market.
