Emulsion for discharge and WB printing that rocks!!!!

We don't need to do anything to Aquasol HVP and we do not add diazo.   Since we use emulsion to blockout a post expo is necessary for that but the stencil itself doesn't seem to need it at all.

Hardener is more of a helper/security blanket on long, long runs and it takes a whopping 30s-1min to apply when you feel like you need or want it.  I use it primarily on flatstock runs with the more aggressive WB inks and very thin stencils there.

Michael, how many coats do you use?  Sharp edge or round?  Flip or turn?

Sonny, I usually coat 1 over 1 round edge of coater.

Understood but thats a $480 month increase for a product that is no better than what I use. Rather spend that money elsewhere.
If it ain't broken for you thats fine too.

Tony, quick question, do you have to use a hardener?  With Nova you do not.  So therefore no extra cost in materials, labor or time.
