I hate cleaning squeegees too. Don't waste your time with the parts washer. The Harbor Freight one sucks, the motor dies to soon. Plus you need to fill the sink with lots of chemical before it will recirculate. We got a saftey kleen one, started cleaning squeegees with it. What happened was the ink would get thin and then seep into the holder. It looked nice and clean. Then the next day it would go on press, all the sudden we'd have a big orange stripe down the middle of a white ink flood. The old ink would drip and contaminate the ink the next day. So now my wife forbids anyone to use it and it's a $300 mistake i'm reminded of from time to time.
