The Tajima two-head stretch embroidery machine, TFMX-IIC 1502 is a tubular/cylindrical bridge-type model with 15 needles and a generous 450mm by 520 sewing field. It has an AC Servo pulse motor closed system, which uses electronic feedback to improve the accuracy of sewing even during high speed operation.

It’s networkable allowing users to connect multiple machines via LAN wired or wireless. A thread-locking system prevents thread pull-out during color change, trimming, frame movement and when head is not in use.

Repairs are made easier because most of the major electronics and electrical components are mounted inside of the machine frame for easy access as well as improved protection.

The memory capacity can hold up to 2 million stitches or 200 designs. It has an automatic/manual offset function that provides frame movement to preset offset points facilitating appliqué fabric placement.

Other features include an origin return that ensures the return of the frame to the starting point of the design. The frame forward/backward allows you to step the frame forward or backward without stitching. There is no loss of design information if there’s a power failure, and you can repeat designs up to 99 times vertically and horizontally.

Options include specialty frames and devices that enable the machine to sew on a wider range of items as well as create special effects such as cording, sequins, lockrose, and boring.
