Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison
Shanarchy,we do a fair amount of hoodies and also hate renewing the tac on the pallet. After ruining several hoodies over several jobs (because the fabric moved) we have come to the ultimate conclusion that you have to clean after almost every load or order more hoodies.Especially on large prints IF IT DON'T STICK IT WILL MAKE YOU SICK and cost you $$$$$ and time. Here is what we use torenew the pallet adhesive BTW we wus the same stuff. If you find a way around this let us all know moosemanDSCF7847
Can somebody "translate" Mean Green to European? What kind of product is this? What is it originaly used for?Boris

Quote from: Shanarchy on November 05, 2012, 08:01:30 PMWhat is everyone using for pallet adhesive? I generally use Tekbond TV HVwaterbase pallet adhesive, but find I have to reactivate it after almost every hoodie. I hate using spray adhesive, but will sometimes grab a can of the old evil stuff. So what do you use?I remember Chromaline having a pallet adhesive for fleece tops. TexTac II. 5Gallons for $160.https://www.chromaline.com/product/textac-ii/

It seems Chromaline made it specifically to combat the problems the regular textac doesn't address. Has anyone used it? Success? Failure? Somewhere in between the web-spray and the regular water base glue as far as effectiveness on fleece?
It appears that no one here has tried that particular stickum.Over the years, this topic has come up more than once. I remember when I asked for a suggestion a few years back, Tekmar TB-HV was suggested. I use it, but only on short runs, wiping after three or so uses. Certainly not a complete solution in my mind. It's cleaner, but not as quick as the funky spray each time.Perhaps, the Chromaline is the true Holy Grail. Someone get a jug and report back!
