Dryer fix Update
« on: September 27, 2012, 10:40:21 PM »
As I said thumbs up to Rich for his help, what happen was the front heat panel was giving me heat temp readings of 530 and dropping all the way back down to 450 then back up (normal op temp is 940)  well Rich call me and told me to get out my meter tester and we went to work and in a few mintues he said the front panel was going bad even though it still was heating.  I might have found the problem myself, but nowhere near this fast and we're printing allmost a 1000 pc, no time to dick around.
Orderd new panel, got it this morning, his guys talk me thru the wiring and back up and running.  Checking your heat reading and temps thru out every run is a must, or you are just asking for trouble, I learn that the last time Rich saved my butt.

Darryl
