any good leads on screen tape?

It looks like we are talking two vastly different tape types here. On one side we have various clear/tan/white polypropylene or pvc box sealing types, and on the other, paper paint masking  types.
At least that's where Jason's link took me.

yep, the paper kind is what i have been using for 15 years, ZERO problems.

I think it depends on if you have wb in the house.  Those crepe paper paint tapes and the like are great for plastisol but no dice for wb inks.

I would agree on long runs, but I do use it on the short run WB jobs I do.

I use some tape from ship-paq  I get 110 yard for 3.70 a roll I think, I know it was under $4.00  it works great and their customer service is outstanding. In fact my rep Maria  calls very month or so to  check in.  I think the minimum or is 18 rolls.  it leaves no residue and comes right off in the tank if you forget.

In fact my rep Maria  calls very month or so to  check in.  I think the minimum or is 18 rolls.  it leaves no residue and comes right off in the tank if you forget.

we use Ship-Paq too. I think I was paying just under $3 for 110 rubber based 2" tape.

yes it should be said if buy more they will give you a better deal.
