10XL is the largest we've printed.  We have a local radio DJ that used to be an 8XL.  Now he's down to a 6XL, so it's pretty common to see one come through.
No matter how big you make the design, it always looks funny on that much fabric.  Especially when it's just a crest.

I printed a 5X once and I hope I never have to print anything that big ever again.  I had to string it up so it wouldn't drag on the floor, it was a real pain to handle going from the press to they dryer.......  what the hell, you know what I am talking about.  If I ever get that big I will beg my wife to smother me with a pillow to put me out of my misery.
