Royal will discharge enough that the opacity of the plastisol white will finish the job.

This is discharge UB:

Get a delayed relay to turn your drier off for 30 seconds right when your compressor is kicking on.  Hey, it would work! ;)

Royal blue discharges to a nice gray that works perfectly as an underbase.

jerry , trust me buddy it will work with great results. run a 110 discharge base or 70/30 base white underbase, NO FLASH and a 158 overprint white plastisol. the hand will be killer and you will have one happy customer.

You could run a 230 Russell Grey and a 196 White with a flash in between.  That is how I would run it.  Grey is a Wilflex color or if you do not have that a PMS 422 would work.

Do you dischargers wash the shirts before delivery? Warn the client?
Thanks,

Also if running 2 screens do you choke the art on the first screen?

No, should be no need to.

Gerry, think about it this way... if you don't choke and the registration is off a bit you will get a bit of "ghosting".  But if you DO choke then you will DEFINITELY get some ghosting on EVERY print.

I made that mistake with my first PFP on darks... looked dumb as it was obviously not needed.

Well I ended up setting up 2 screens 140 mesh with Streetfighter LB white, used my 220 in head flash and shut down 1 panel on the conveyor, raised the temp and slowed the belt down slightly. We were able to do 200 pieces in an hour. Will finish up in the morning. It printed great, 1 stroke on each screen. Didnt choke anything and probably hit reg 99% so I am happy.

As soon as you get this job done, call someone who can fix your electrical problems.  If not you will be fighting it forever.

If you run both the flash and all the panels in your dryer does it trip the main panel breaker?
