Gatorade Issues... LOL

I like to put my gatorade in the freezer and drink them when they are slushy. I noticed the regular gatorades are great for that but the zero calorie one dont get slushy, they get kinda uhhh... I cant describe it but its not slushy/crunchy its more chewy/softer chunky. Is there some science about the zero calorie vs the regular that makes a difference?

your not supposed to drink gatorade unless your being active, it's not really good for you to consume as a normal drink.  Plus the premixed stuff you buy in the store has more sugar in it than the powder. I'm sick of water and unsweetened ice tea, I can tell ya that. there is almost nothing healthy to drink anymore.

Artificial sweetners used in that stuff often aft like antifreeze or have a very small crystalline structure. Thus gooey.

Homer put just a little touch of sugar in your water and ice, its really good to drink on all day.  Most of us drink for taste anyways thats why people don't care for plain water.

I drink lemon water..water with fresh cut lemon, homer just didn't know if you would figure that out.LOL

I consume nothing with high fructose corn syrup..well unless i am out to eat...even bread has it.

we drink plain hot water on our backpacking adventures, it actually makes you feel good, don't know why. . .

I do know about that chewy frozen gatoraid it's wierd. Screen printing isn't active enough for gatoraid? I drink nothing but gatoraids and snaple/arizona tea at the shop and then home brewed ice tea at home. I can't do water unless it's very cold to mask the metalic taste.

I figure if I am in a 115 degree shop and I am sweating bullets I need water and or gatorade.

The last time I mixed gatorade it had handles of liquor in it.  And the next time I mix it will probably be for some peewee league haha.

and nothing else!.. well maybe some BCAA (amino acid) supplements after the gym or long bike ride.. makes gatorade look like a joke.
