Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison

We will replace it with a new one when they re ready. A vast majority of the feedback we received on the DSSQ was very positive.

We thought the idea was good, but it didnt work the way we wanted it. Your right we should have said something sooner but we are so busy that we just dont find the time to complain. Were willing to try the new version out if you want to send one to us.

Please excuse my stupidity, but why would you need a double blade squeegee? If your printing parameters are correct, the first blade will clear your image. So what's the second blade for? Help the slow guy?
