Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work. - Thomas Edison
We were using it for awhile. I dSort of like when you get to the bottom of a gallon of Aquasol.
Tried it, didn't do as well as Ulano 925 WR, this stuff is like cement, just ran a 3 color wet on wet discharge, double strokes on all three screens, 500 pieces, never a problem. It would be hard to get us to move away from the 925 WR now, we have had zero issues and gone through several gallons now.
Hey Jon have you noticed more pinholes with the CCI?
What I've noticed with diazo emulsions, after coating screens and caping the bucket. I bring the bucket in the a/c'd office and store it. I get more life out of it. If I were to leave it in the hot screen room, 1 month and it's done. Chromaline cptex had the worst shelf life, 2 weeks and the contents of the bucket turned into a big rubbery booger. So far the Ulano 925 wr, stored in the a/c and use distiled only water for the diazo 2 months on a gallon bucket and no problems. But the hopes are to go through it faster by doing more WB printing.
I use almost all one parts, but when I use Diazo emulsions, I mix it as quarts since otherwise, it would go past its shelf life, as I use it so seldom. You can often tell folks who do this by their yellow fingers.

Of course it's bad stuff, and one learns to use care, a scale and small ink knives as well as protective gear. However, in the 35 or so years that have passed since I first messed with this stuff, I can tell you that1. I have gotten it on my fingers a few times2. Though bad, there must be worse things as I am still here to talk about it. 3. I have touched worse thingsThat said, don't try this at home kids.
