I always pictured Frog in a Suburu or a Volvo.  Cruising around Nocal with no care in the world.  It's kind of funny how you picture others that you've only known from a forum.  What kind of car they drive, what food they like, where they stand on certain issues and politically are things that facinate me when I have the time to think about stuff like that.  If it wasn't for screen printing, there is probably some of you that I wouldn't have ONE single thing in common with but we all get along anyway, kind of amazing.

Actually, though it had it's problems (mostly top end lube) that joint venture of Peugeot, Volvo and Renault, the PRV made its way into a lot of cars.
Personally, as far as Volvo application, for a six, I prefer the straight engine in the 900 and 90 series, and in the 760 coupe, preferred the turbo four.

The inline 6 is a much smoother engine, but I prefer the 5 cylinder engines solely because of power and turbocharging.  A close second is the 2.3l 4 cylinder which is a proven reliable engine but just plain anemic without turbocharging.  Which is why I added a turbo to my 89 240 wagon!



Delorean should have put the turbo 4 in there.  More reliable, more power potential, just all over better.

When you guys "met" me, I was driving a 1991 Saab 900 Turbo. that I bought in 1995 after a long affair with my 1982 base model Subaru wagon.
That Saab was the perfect car for me as it had performance, amazing wagon-like room, and of course, one-of-a kind quirkiness like yours truly.
My daily driver(except that I don't always drive daily) now is my Mazda MX-5 . When I need some hauling room, I have access to my wife's Volvo V-90 (V signifies wagon in our talk) Hers is a 1998, the last rear wheel drive car they made.
She had a 1994 940, essentially the four cylinder version of the same car, though not as nice, and no IRS. We bought it because in the mid nineties, most vans and SUV's had no simple provision for a flat cargo area without removing and stowing your rear seats in the garage or patio, or living room.

I only drive VOLVO!  I have bought 6 brand new ones and I love them!  BTW, I heard that Ryonet sold 10 million dollars worth of CCi chemical last year.

I know he is, but does anyone here use them?  why would you pay double when there are other options.

They cater to noobs, and do it Extremely well!!

We rarely compete with them (on the streets) but I respect the guy!!

I must be looking at the wrong things.  I've browsed their web and didn't see anything "double".  Quite often close to my local suppliers prices. 

They seem to be trying to move more 'in house' brands.  Almost like going to Sam's Club.

You need to do some shopping around. They are not double but at lease 30% higher on many items. I am not against the guy for trying to make a buck but he is high even with the free shipping.

I drove also a 1990 saab 900 turbo great car, nice handling when i was in GA.
