SPTF ink Calculator

I would like a copy of SPTF ink calculator to figure ink usage for a job, does anybody have a copy they can send me or is there some thing better?

There is an app, Ink Calc for the iphone and ipad that works pretty good. I have been using it for larger jobs and it has been really close.

What I was looking for was a way to figure ink usage, ie.. say 12x14 area on 305/34  with 80% area used, in this case 4cp.  Looking at 4cp on 25,000 pcs plus a black on other probably same size area. Looks more like ink cost than usage.

my guess about 2 maybe 3 grams per print per color. . . it really all depends on your setup, but we are generally using about a gram per print on underbase or about two on whites. If there is no underbase, it can go up significantly depending on the mesh count and open area, but in general it is less than 3g per image (per color).

It's no secret, but yes, she is still sort of "in the industry", but from a very different angle.
