and painstakingly careful.
Even a simple print takes on a whole new feeling and attitude when printed on $80 Jerseys! (actually, three different types, $70. $80. and $90)

There's our sunflower from last week.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

we have an order now we have to do the side panels, pockets, full color front and back, custom colors -all cut and sew dye sub though. 180.00ea. . .really nice jerseys. . .do you use waterbase so the mesh still breathes or just thin your inks out?
...keep doing what you're doing, you'll only get what you've got...

80.00 jerseys and they could not find a logo file......

Got an order from a new client today......They gave me link to branding on their website and it had the best collection of logo files & instructions I have ever seen.....Such a joy not to have to "beg" and "plead"....

I used to do bike jersey fronts/backs/yokes/slvs as cut pieces on belt printers. Very exacting work. And yes, nerve racking. Everything has to line up perfectly when sewn together. Screw up that bundle integrity and you're f'd.

Tony,  did you use regular water based inks for the 100% poly jerseys or a special ink/additive to bond better?

It was a specially formulated Matsui WB stretch product. These were/are printed right off the raw edges and on to the belt. All the pieces for the entire garment are placed on the belt using a complex system of lasers. Usually four loaders and four unloaders. Setting up the lasers was a real bitch. Almost impossible without a reverse indexing belt. Film positioning absolutely critical so that all the pieces print in perfect registration. Sublimation has now all but replaced this process.

We did 2 weightlifting tops for a Yakuza Lieutenant a year ago. Left breast + sleeve. Printing for the Mafia, you really want to make sure you get a good result. Well in the end he was well pleased and offered us help if we ever run in to trouble.

Yeah, I'm figuring that this'll be good for a taste of some good vino!  ;D
