... just talking out of my a$$ for MK and myself to hear myself talk. ;)

Don't be jealous because I still got it in me, old man!

At 35, you should be in your prime nowadays, with lifespan kissing 90.

Do I miss the health of youth, without the aches and pain that seem to plague us in their sixties? A little

Do I miss the exuberance and accompanying foolishness of my thirties? nope.  I have my own exuberance and foolishness tailored for my current age ;D

Do I appreciate the knowledge and wisdom of knowing that I'm not that wise? You betcha.  ;D
Am I smart enough to not attempt more than I am physically capable of?  Usually, but at least when I do, both I and my wife lay there with grins on our faces for a while.  :P
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

doesn't explain the air leak, but it would freak if it thought the head never left the station

you are correct this does not explain the air leak. That may be the cylinder but this problem is related to the prox or valve. In my opinion its the prox.

I know I am over analyzing it but that leak does not sound like its running through a valve. It does not have the same tone. That sounds like a line or a cylinder that is leaking. Let us know what it is. My money is on the valve or sensor. Should be a quick trouble shoot.

My guess is a shorted prox... :o '

Not sure if the D-Back has one or two...?

Saw the same problem on an old Trident SVX, and that was the issue... 8)

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I talked with M&R on the phone for a long time this morning and found the problem. My knucklehead Press Operator turned on Flocker on the head while he was trying to move the squeegy forward, that is why it would not print. What the Flock, at least it is working again.
Thanks
Pete

That was my next guess.  ;D

One of my favorite things is when somebody cranks the squeegee speed all the way down and the head stops at the end of the flood and won't move.  Take a few minutes to figure that one out.
