Im looking to get one. I know you have to run the XL edition of Accurip but what about bulk ink? Or do you just run standard carts? Does the model have any quirks?
Mine has had zero quirks, just as the 9600 I had before it had none.
Mine has the 220ml carts. They last a long time but the caveat is they are all used a little when only printing black. Not a big deal if you replace with generics and you are not concerned with color printing.
I've been using the Epson "matte" black for films and it's dense and durable. The standard photo black works too but it's not quite as dense.
The 7600 (and the 9600) prints fast and precise. With Accurip it's a no-brainer. Set up the seps in the software, hit print and walk away. Come back to printed AND cut films.
