So I hit some poor bastards rim last night......

So I'm on vacation in Worcester, MA seeing a college buddy. We go to the bar and the next thing I remember I backed into some jeep and bend the rim all to hell on it.  You should have seen it, I only hit the rim. It was the weirdest thing.  Funny thing is it looked like the jeep was used for plowing snow and it was going to snow there the next day. Of course I hauled a$$ out of there as soon as I could before someone called the cops.

Hey I just bought a 2000 Laredo I am restoring it to original, the jeep is bad ass fully loaded and was thinking about a plow, think it can handle it?

I should take some pics of an awesome trick I learned. You know the plastic cladding on all jeeps it fades to light grey over time, well the best way to bring it back to black or dark grey is to use a heat gun. I bought one for four bucks at a flea market and it works awesome, its like painting it works so well.

Wait, do you use a heat gun at the shop?  I use them to flash left chests or to flash prints while setting them up.  It's a great spot flash.

It has also been mentioned that a heat gun can be invaluable in the ink room to check color mixes.

@ Inkman did you know peanutbutter brings life and shine back to your plastic fenders...just use some creamy peanutbutter a little on a rag and wipe it down and it allso protects the plastic.
