I must say that I really like watching these videos, but the thing that impressed me most has nothing to do with the shops. I am sooooo jealous of the ability to leave ink containers open. Every thing I print with would cure overnight if I did that. Or at least get a thick skin. I knew that plastisol has to be cured, but I didn't know how inert it is!

As far as I know, there isn't a single ink for graphic printing that will work like that. UV sort of does, but the ambient light would eventually mess that up too.

plastisol will get thick and harden in thinner areas of the buckets which can cause problems in the print area if you get a chunk of dried up plastisol. And if your like me and print at home and do other things like cut wood with a circular saw or leave the garage door open so bugs fly in, you find all kinds of crap in the ink.

Dude they are throwing the shirts on the oven belt half covering the ink gonna be some bad cures coming out of them batches. Just saying

Funny, I was admiring at how deftly the guy on the right was flicking them on there and getting 1/2 the shirt to fold under and leave the print exposed to cure, he'd be welcome to work in my shop any day.

Brilliant marketing video John.    Its been fun watching your business grow into what it is today.   A great representation of your company.

I'm a bit jealous of your space and your loyal talented crew.

Watching some of these videos not only gives me motion sickness but sort of gives me the feeling of "WTF am I doing wrong" haha... How many of you with these huge shops visted Sam? Come on fess up!  How many of you huge shops was blessed with butt loads of cash before you went into business , rich uncle or made a deal with the mafia?

"Over here we have an auto and another and another and over here we have 6 or 7 manual presses , this dryer over here is just for samples" LMAO! "Mind boggling!

I had to go outside for fresh air. I get motion sickness pretty bad... you'll never catch me texting and driving or even texting while riding shotgun for that matter.

I'm not that bad at all... too much on the smart phone in the back seat of a honda insight that was half loaded with camping gear did me in pretty good once.

...buncha sissies.    ::)

...I need to make the final video, I am pretty much settled in and LOVIN the new space and equipment. Problem is (and its a good problem), the week we were gettin the new stuff in place and stuff all smoothed out, the floodgates opened and we have been SLAMMED ever since. Still have to get all the showroom stuff unpacked and in place, then Ill show off how it all turned out.

...that should leave Gilligan and Shawn plenty of time to stock up on Dramamine, and get their nails done up all pretty... ;)
Thanks TSB gang!!
