Oh, Man the stories.  I've heard a ton. There was a liquor store right next door back in the day. It was real busy during the poker games. The only liquor store that I know of that "delivered" right to the game which was illegal of course but so were the poker games.   

I love seeing everyone's shop. Keep em coming.

Wow, nice big shops indeed!  I'd post a video of my 1500sq/ft shop but first I'll have to spend the next week cleaning it.  Lots of good ideas, I like the small drill press mixing station with a foot pedal.  That would be very handy for poly white, ugh.

I also like the recessed gallon pantone mixing station, that is pretty smart.  I don't have the room for that and mine's only quart sized.  One thing I'd gathered is I need more ink storage that is only ONE row deep.  I'm using existing shelving that the space came with and I'm out of room and things get messy quick.

The FPU is to the right of the exposure unit when facing it.

As for how many people, it fluctuates with the time of year. We have sales peaks and dips like a lot of others. But we run between 22-35 depending on the season and how many people are on the 2nd shift.
