wouldnt it being reflective not be a problem?  I may be wrong but when using reflective ink its hard to cure because of the reflectiveness?

do you have an extra one to run through?

Hey Johnny as of yet we never had a complaint about the integrity of these shirts after running. I run them like anything polyester not like cotton shirts. If you ran it through at tshirt temp it would probably shrivel, I adjust my height up and speed up the belt a little.

we run them as normal, no problem!

Yes, we've won our share of awards, and yes, I've tested stuff and read the scientific papers, but ultimately take everything I say with more than just a grain of salt! So if you are looking for trouble, just do as I say or even better, do something I said years ago!

As Pierre said, I run them normal with no problem either.  They stink like hell though.

Yeah, that's knda like giving the information out very slowly, as if it's on a "need to know" basis on NCIS, but Johnny, we really did need to know.

I have no idea if your plastisol will stay adhered to the tape. Wash test, and if there is a problem, I'd consider Nylo-bond or even look at doing it with printed vinyl.(even then there could be an adhesion problem similar to stacking certain color films)

4 colors over that. You da man! 8)

I've never done that but the Nylo-bond is a logical step to R&D.

I think it would have been a little less blurry if you printed the black first then the white over the top with a slight trap, to me white holds a better edge in situations like that.
