I feel like people do not have the patience to go through alot of info to get what they need. I would think uf we were to do it , it would need to be simpler, easy to navigate quickly.
Def interested in this as well. I've tried to integrate pipedrive CRM but it really takes some dedication. Its no easy task to get that sales / marketing / follow-up / customer experience pipeline down. We've added some pieces here and there but CRM was a bit of a flop. When we we redo our website this is the route we'll be going. Its a little harder to pull off then the book may lead you to believe. Difficult enough to realize I should not be writing any kind of marketing copy. Prob why we havent touched our website in so long... ya kind of get stuck. So overdue for an update.
Im def game. I get the site because you are B2B...for me as a business I would read it and look at it.
