Small "tag" prints on back. Position?

Where do you place the small pocket or sleeve sized prints we sometimes print on the backs of T's?
Let's use a business card size, 3.5" wide 2" tall as an example. I'm favoring 2" to the design top from the collar opening, (or 1.5" from the seam)
You guys similar?

I usually do 2 inches from below collar to top of graphic, or three fingers.

We do 1" from the bottom of the collar.
