Gildan black fleece

Is anyone else been having problems with Gildan 50/50 black fleece? I'm not sure if I'm having a fleece or ink problem

For months now the Rutland Sf lowbleed white has been going dingy on black fleece, mainly black fleece. I have lowered the cure to a point I'm barely
comfortable with . This morning order comes off press Ok with a double stroke PFP though 123 mesh cured then we printed the back side and its dull now still white but not very nice.

M&r sportsman press and sprint 300 gas dryer 10' tunnel, 320* 50 sec in tunnel ,  temp gun saying only 305 ish for 10 sec

Are the fleece 100% cotton?
I always print grey base and then top white with fleece.
The dyeing can effect the platisol, especially when you print both sides and put them through the oven twice.

We have had better luck with Rutland Premier LB for 50/50

Definitely my least favorite hoodie to print.

Being a contract printer we usually pfp the white then top color.  They suck.

While I don't think it's one we use it on, several 50/50 and other blend garments we no longer count on Wilflex Quick white protecting against bleeding.  We use Wilflex Poly White as the top white or bottom white (depends on printability).

I haven't heard of changes on Gildan garments, but sometimes there are re-dyes, which can definitely cause trouble...

Since the start of the pandy we've seen several reliable non-bleeders turn into bleeders, and several known semi-bleeders turn into ultra nasty bleeders.
A general downgrade overall, I'm guessing due to cheaper dyes. Extremely annoying as establishing a known bleeder list is a hard fought battle to begin with,
and then they go and change it all on you.
