Easy Peasy Photo Tweak Programs (like InPixio Photo Studio)

Anyone with experience and/or recommendations?
I'm talking about the easy mark and click object eraser and background removers mostly.
Cost? Value? Ease of use? Outright purchase or subscription?
I presently use Adobe's free background eraser, which works better with some pics (lots of contrast) than others.
I'd bet as it improves, it will also eventually not be free.

What? Adobe start charging for something that was free (the first one's on me, kid, you'll have to pay after this...)
