Scrub Brushes

First I would like to know if there is a better scrub brush to use, my problem is the brushes I've used so far leaves those little hairs in the screen ( hard to wash out out) so most times I pick them out, yellow mesh I can see them pretty good, but on the white mesh I have missed some and don't find them until I've but emulsion on the screen.  I know a lot of it comes from degreasing and removing ghosting, If you got something better I'm all ears.

we stopped using those damn things years ago, they're terrible. use a regular kitchen sponge. color coded per chemical, ink & haze. they're cheap and can bend around corners and frames easily... they last a few weeks too.

I got a sample of some chemical resistant styrofoam a few years back. I still us the sample. It is awesome and never breaks down...

Sponges are good but I missed having the handle so I tried out the white color scrub pads which are apparently less harsh on the mesh. I use strictly thin threads and since using the white pads, I've avoided popping any holes so I have to believe there is a corralation. I've also noticed that Hydro mesh is more durable than Smart mesh so I'm slowly replacing all of the murakami mesh with the Saati Hydro.

best we have used are the " Quikie brand job site Gong brush"  from Home Depot , same or better than the ones the chemical guys sell and cheap at around $5.00

Gonna try a sponge, but I also like having a handle, maybe I can fit the sponge to a handle?, @ Nation I like Murakami's S mesh I think they make really nice prints with less squeegee pressure on the auto but, they pop to much for me, so I also switched to a different mesh that is a thin thread which I also found is more durable as well.

Saati sell great scrub pads for cleaning screens.     That's all we use.

Same, we always used gong brushes like that.  Just shopped around for softer bristles.
