air leak at dial
« on: January 24, 2022, 03:42:37 PM »
Any ideas why air is leaking from dial area , have had problem before but seemed to go away. Press wasn't used much over Christmas then we had a big cleanup . It seems
to be exhausting around the dial which really isn't ever touched. Adjusting dial makes no difference.

Just take it apart and check the rubber o-rings, might just to reseat the o-ring or tighten a little, after we came back from Christmas our press was a leaky mess but after a few days everything went back to normal.
Life is like Kool-Aid, gotta add sugar/hardwork to make it sweet!!

I'll give that a try , but have been reading that this has a back feed option so may also be that spring?
