So when the customer creates the image using this software, how is the artwork sent to us?
Is it vector artwork sent to us or is it's a JPG file mockup and a list of the clipart file name and font file names that were used so that we have to actually recreate the artwork ourselves?

So who is printing the shirts the customer or you? Embroidery or dtg offered.

Hey JasonMoore,

If the customer uses our artwork the files are all vector (SVG). If the customer uploads they have 8 Different format options (AI, PSD, PDF, EPS, SVG, JPG, GIF, PNG). The artwork files are in separate attachments. The mock-up files are PNG for basic reference/placement and also in separate attachments. Yes, you also receive the text and name of the fonts that were used. All this information is also stored in the back-end when you login at our website. We keep a 90 backup of any Quote Requests you receive (zipped) in case an emails is lost or deleted. You can access these anytime you login.

Sorry. I misunderstood you. Your shop does the printing. When you sign up with us you have your own Design Studio that your customers can use. After they design what they are looking for all the information gets emailed to you.

We have been using this since at least last summer, maybe before, id have to look. Our customers are using it more and more. So for us its been worth it so far.
