Applying Patches to Hoodie Pockets

Hey everyone,
So we have a few hundred hoodies to apply patches to the pocket area. Normally would do the pockets before they are sewn on in production but due to time frame we have to use stock hoodies. Anyway to use a heat press / patch and actually have it stay after a few washes? So far testing has not been impressive. Anything we can add to the hoodie or patch to increase the bond? Thank you

Brandon, who made the parches and did they provide application instructions?
When properly made, and applied correctly, I see these things last a few seasons of Little League.
The ones I last did required 20-30 seconds at 350

Thanks. That's the problem. No seal and we would normally be sewing these on but where they want it on the pocket we would have to split the pocket open, sew on patch, then sew pocket back. Labor cost prohibitive. Client supplied the patches again no seal. We have been trying to apply them with seals ourselves and so forth but no luck. So how does one get a patch with no seal to apply a seal properly and get it too work???

Update. Eric Night Owls just clued me in on a double sided material we can use on the back of the patch. Basically these patches have no adhesive. Hoping this should work.

Maybe he suggested something like this? Just a few weeks back someone asked about leather patches (with a no-sew requirement from the custy)
