Good to see you making changes. Just about every order in the last year+ has been a nightmare so we stopped sending frames. We turned others in our market on to you guys with the same results.

We have about 100ish that need mesh (after we get the MHM cups on them) but are still reluctant to send them to you.

I can’t blame you for feeling that way.

That’s part of the reason I waited a while to post this.

I wanted to get Things moving in the right direction.

There are a few examples in this thread that are evidence that it has happened.

I’ve got other references that I could give you that will agree.

You don’t have to send 100, send 20 and let me show you how things run now.

Brandon, It takes a lot to admit to failure and publicly put it out there. I have no doubt you will rise again and earn the trust back of most of your clients. It has been a while but I have never had a bad issue with SpotColor. So perhaps a hiccup but we all survive and prosper
