The pink/stock material swells gradually over a few weeks time.
This makes then a bit more difficult to put together. I can assemble one in 45-60 seconds including tightening the bolts; however, I've had multiple employees who still struggle and take up to 6 minutes per squeegee to put back together.
Do other ROQ shops struggle with squeegee insertion? We frequently change out our rubber. Our triple duro stuff is a piece of cake.
I feel most of this is them trying to milk the clock. If ROQ made a QWIK clamp system like M&R I'd just get it and be done with it.
